A graduate of The Benjamin School and Duke University, Trey Sned began his professional career as a financial advisor for Lydian Bank and Trust. In this position, he provided retirement planning and banking services to high-net-worth individuals. After two years with Lydian, Trey Sned took a position as a managing partner with Gulf Stream Investment Partners in West Palm Beach, Florida. During his time with Gulf Stream, he provided financial analysis of commercial real estate and raised capital for investment opportunities in distressed properties.
Currently, Mr. Sned guides multiple West Palm Beach-area investment, real estate, and apparel companies. As the vice president of William H. Sned & Co., he manages daily operations for a company that holds more than 500,000 square feet of retail and industrial real estate space in its portfolio. Additionally, he leads a realty and development company focusing on commercial real estate and single-family homes and recently launched a startup firm focusing on the men’s apparel industry.
Outside of his professional life, Mr. Sned gives back to the community through involvement with the alumni committee of the Palm Beach Day Academy. He also enjoys a diverse range of hobbies that includes golfing, hiking, and boating.
